Breakthrough in KBB Designer Accreditation standard

BREAKTHROUGH IN KBB DESIGNER ACCREDITATION – for the very 1st time in our industry, there will be a kbb designer accreditation available shortly, following discussion between Society of British and International Design (SBID), the Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association (KBSA) and the Kitchen Bedroom Bathroom National Training Group (KBBNTG). Industry Committs to Skills Training standard

In picture: Sandi Hollamby and Hamish Macphee from Ripples Chris Georgiou and Ollie Gill from Poggenpohl Victoria Radcliffe from Martins of Hawkhurst The latest level 2 advanced Sales and Customer care course was hosted by Whirlpool on Tuesday 11th June and was attended by delegates from Ripples, Poggenpohl and Martins of Hawkhurst. This course was tutored by Graham Hayden and included training modules on SWOT analysis, USP and Understanding and dealing with different customer types. Ollie Gill from Poggenpohl commented “Thanks for a really great day and I went away with some very useful information” To date over 1300 kbb delegates have attended level 1 and level 2 courses which are approved by KBB NTG and CITB Construction skills.
