KBSA Names NTG CEO as Head Judge for 2015 Awards standard

The Kitchen, Bathroom & Bedroom Specialists Association (Kbsa) has announced that Renée Mascari, CEO of the KBB NTG will be Head Judge for this year’s KBSA Designer Awards. Renée is a highly experienced kitchen designer, and runs her own design company, which also offer training courses in kitchen design. Ren has been on the judging panel since the Awards were relaunched in 2012. Also on the panel for the 1st time is David Gillett, Course Leader for the inaugural FDA course at Buckinghamshire New University where the students are half way through their 1st year. New On-line Training Survey Launched standard

KBB NTG has teamed up with Blum's The Kitchen Think to conduct a survey aimed at gauging the opinion of people working in the KBB industry regarding their opinion towards training and what their needs would be going forward. Established in 2012, The Kitchen Think aims to provide useful & engaging information to the various audiences that interact with the Kitchen Industry and hosting this survey is a further demonstration of its aims to provide a forum for interaction and knowledge for the industry as a whole. Working Together on Apprenticeships standard

The iKBBI & The KBB National Training Group explore a potential collaboration on the expansion of a kitchen installation apprenticeship scheme. Renee Mascari (CEO of the KBB NTG) has worked tirelessly to co-create a kitchen installation apprenticeship with Nottinghamshire based training provider WEBS. NTG CEO Renée Mascari was honoured to be invited to deliver the inaugural after dinner speech at the launch of Buckinghamshire New University’s Foundation Degree in Kitchen Design at Missenden Abbey Conference Centre in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, on Friday 19 September. Major companies opt for a bit of TLC (Training Linked to Charity) standard

A number of major industry suppliers are taking advantage of an opportunity to train their staff and, at the same time, make contributions to their chosen charities.
